The Customer acknowledges that the CBM Service is availed specifically to expedite the application for electric service. This includes the professional installation of the service entrance and the management of technical requirements necessary for power connection.

By proceeding with the application, the Customer grants the Service Provider full authority to: Execute the installation of the service entrance equipment at the specified premises. Secure and process all mandatory documents, including Right-of-Way (ROW) clearances and service bundle permits required for the completion of the electric service application.

Initial Deposit: A minimum down payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total service cost is required prior to the mobilization of technical personnel and equipment. Settlement of Balance: The remaining balance shall be due and demandable immediately upon the verified completion of the installation works. Rate Schedule: Costs are strictly governed by the selected service package (Package A, B, C, or D) as defined in the official service catalog.

The Service Provider assumes responsibility for any direct damages to the Customer's property or to third parties that may occur during the physical installation of the service entrance. The Service Provider shall indemnify the Customer against such specific losses incurred during the execution of the work.

The Customer hereby affirms the understanding that the Service Provider is an independent entity. The Service Provider is not a representative, agent, or contractor of MERALCO. Furthermore, MERALCO is not a party, signatory, or participant in this specific installation agreement.

The Customer confirms that they have entered into this contract voluntarily. Accessing the service through this platform serves as an electronic acknowledgment that the Customer has read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety.
